Situated in the peaceful, mainly residential area of El Durazno, these attractive apartments are ideal for travellers seeking good-quality self-catering accommodation with easy access to all the attractions of Puerto de la Cruz, but away from the hubbub of the busy town centre. Ambassador Apartments are just 400 metres from the town's famous Botanical Gardens, close to which you will also find the nearest local shops and restaurants. The centre of Puerto de la Cruz, with its charming old town and its splendid seawater swimming pool complex Lido Martianez, is around 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot in less than half an hour. The return walk is uphill and thus not for those with walking difficulties, but taxis are widely available and reasonably priced. Ambassador Apartments are therefore suitable for guests who do not wish to hire a car, but for those who prefer to have their own transport we offer the option of reduced-price car hire from the airport.

There are 44 apartments spread over several two-storey buildings embedded amidst a lovely sub-tropical garden. Whilst not new, the apartments are well maintained and comfortably furnished, and have quite a homely feel. Each comprises a living room with a sofa-bed and TV (limited English-language channels), an open-plan kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker, a bedroom with twin beds and safety deposit box for hire, and a bathroom. Each also has either a balcony or a terrace with patio furniture.

Communal facilities include a freshwater swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, a sauna (reserve in advance), a lounge/games room and a roof terrace with views across the town towards the ocean.
