Apartments Llano Residencial

Situated approximately 200 metres from the seafront and roughly 500 metres from the harbour, these well-designed apartments offer some of the most modern and comfortable self-catering accommodation available in Valle Gran Rey. Opened in 2007, Llano Residencial comprises 46 apartments spread over several small two-storey buildings that enclose the central garden. With their pastel-coloured walls, pan-tiled roofs and external stairwells, the buildings look attractive and the overall visual appeal is further enhanced by the well-kept gardens with their palm trees and assortment of flowering shrubs. The centrepiece of the complex is the large, freshwater swimming pool with integrated addling pool.

The apartments themselves are just as appealing, with contemporary furnishings and light, neutral décor. Each has a spacious living room with satellite TV (limited English language channels) and a sofa bed for one adult or up to two children, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster, a bathroom with hairdryer and a bedroom with twin beds. A small number of apartments have a second bedroom with a single bed. The ground floor apartments open onto a garden terrace whilst those on the upper floor have balconies. Safety deposit boxes can be hired in each apartment.

WiFi is available free of charge in the lounge by the reception, which is open from 9 am until 10 pm. There is a small gym and sauna on site (local charges apply), and the nearest small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and coffee shop are just outside the complex. Within a 5 to 10-minute walk you will also find an enticing selection of local bars and restaurants, as well as the small beach by the fishing harbour.
