Completely refurbished to an excellent standard in 2018, these apartments offer comfortable accommodation in a very convenient setting. Garden & Sea Boutique Apartments comprises two buildings on opposite sides of a peaceful, residential cul-de-sac just above the western end of the Playa de Jandia The superb sandy beach is just 200 metres away, reached via a small footpath and several flights of steps, and the fishing village of Morro Jable, with its range of bars and restaurants, is just 500 metres away. The modern resort centre of Jandia, which has a wider range of shops and eating places, is just a little further. Both Morro Jable and Jandia can be reached along the pedestrian seafront promenade, so it's a lovely stroll back from dinner in either direction. For those occasions when you don't fancy walking, there is also a well-regarded restaurant just the other side of the cul-de-sac, whilst for exploring further afield without the need to hire a car, the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away.

On the sea-facing side of the cul-de-sac, perched on the cliff with panoramic views of the beach and the ocean, is Rocamar, a three-storey block of ten apartments. Each has a good-size terrace with a table and chairs and a couple of sun-loungers to make the most of this privileged setting. All the upper-floor apartments has a living room with a sofa-bed and an open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, a separate bedroom with twin beds and a modern bathroom. The ground-floor apartment has three bedrooms making it ideal for larger families.

Across the cul-de-sac is a terrace of 17 extremely spacious duplex apartments, known as Garden Beach. Each of these has a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom upstairs and a spacious living-dining area with a double bed concealed in a wall cupboard, a sofa-bed, a galley-style kitchen and a separate shower room downstairs. Each duplex has both an upper-floor balcony with views towards the sea, and a ground-floor terrace with a private Jacuzzi.

The interiors of all the apartments are attractively decorated in a contemporary style, and benefit from satellite TV (limited English-language channels), air-conditioning, safety-deposit boxes and hairdryers. A local charge applies for the use of the WiFi.

The reception for both complexes is at Garden Beach and is open for a few hours each day. At Garden Beach, there is also a small swimming pool which can be used by guests from either complex, handy for that morning swim or refreshing dip after returning from a day on the beach.
